TERMS OF SERVICEAll commissions undertaken by Yven Eli (the artist) for the client are subject to the following Terms of Service (TOS). The TOS shall be considered accepted between the artist and client at the time of accepted commission.1. Use All commissions are for Personal Use only. Commission may be used for any personal (non-commercial) purpose, to include on the client's personal page, as reference, wallpaper, etc. Credit back to the artist's page is appreciated when reposting, but not required.Commissions shall not be resold under any circumstance, to include as merchandise, NFTs, prints, stickers, keychains, decals, logos, etc. If the client seeks Commercial Use, additional Terms of Service for the commission must be discussed and bilaterally agreed upon, in writing, before acceptance.All rights to the product of the commission are reserved by the artist. The commission shall be shared for gallery & marketing purposes by the artist, unless otherwise requested by the client. (If the client would like a delayed posting of the commission in the event of something like a birthday present, please let the artist know.)2. Scope of Work The commission shall be expressly agreed upon bilaterally, in writing, before commencement of work. Work shall be limited to - unless modified & bilaterally agreed upon, in writing - the following:
-- Initial sketch
-- Revised sketch, if required
-- Flat colors, if applicable
-- Final render
* Note: Only ONE revision to the initial sketch will be made. If the client does not find the revision acceptable, a partial refund of 50% the final price will be made & the commission will be closed.3. Schedule of Work Upon receipt of commission request, the artist shall review for acceptability. The artist maintains full rights to accept or not accept ANY commission for ANY reason. The artist shall agree & accept to the commission in writing. The artist will choose to accept or deny a commission request based off interest & time; there is no first come, first serve.The artist agrees to complete the work under the following schedule:
-- Initial sketch: 7 (seven) days after receipt of payment
-- Revised sketch, if required: 7 (seven) days after client's acceptance of revision
-- Flat colors, if applicable: 7 (seven) days after acceptance of sketch
-- Final render: 30 (thirty) days after acceptance of initial sketch / revised sketch, whichever is later, or flat colors4. Payment & Refunds Payment shall be made via Paypal or through ko-fi only. Currency shall be USD, & shall be paid after receipt of order acceptance and before commencement of work. The artist maintains the right to refuse or refund a commission at any time.Refunds shall not be issued if requested by the client after sketch submission. Refunds will be accepted at the following rate:
- Before initial sketch: 100%
- After revised sketch, if revisions are not deemed acceptable: 50%
- After sketch: No refunds5. Changes The client may request changes to the commission at any time. If the sketch has not been sent, the commission may be changed in full (type, render amount, character, etc.) if agreed upon by the artist. After submission of sketch, only minor changes shall be requested, such as adjustment to details, minor expression, etc. If changes are deemed outside of the scope of these terms, refund terms shall apply & the commission shall be refunded IAW Section 4 and closed.6. Delivery Updates to commission status shall be shared via discord or email, as requested by client. Final commission shall be delivered via discord or email, as requested by client. If no preference is stated, then priority method of transmission shall be discord.7. NSFW Any "Not Safe For Work" (i.e. partial / full frontal nudity, mature posing, mature interaction, etc.) shall only be sold to clients ABOVE eighteen (18) years of age. By requesting a commission for NSFW illustrations, the client affirms & agrees that they are above 18 years of age at the date of commission request. The artist maintains the right to refuse or refund a commission at any time if they believe the client is under eighteen (18) years of age.ADOPT TOS
In addition to the above, the following Terms of Service (TOS) apply to any designs / characters adopted by the client from the artist.1. Once adopted, you may change, repurpose, reference, use, etc. the design or character for any Personal Use. You may not use the design in any way for Commercial Use.2. If the client decides to resell the design / character, it must be credited back to the artist at sale posting, & shall be resold only for the original purchase price. The client may NOT resell the design / character for profit.3. The client shall notify the artist in the event the design / character is gifted to another person, or resold.

For convenience I have several options on how to commission.
Option A.) Purchase commissions through ko-fi. Follow the instructions
in ko-fi to complete the "request / details form". This ensures all details
regarding your commission are fully captured. If this is not accomplished
within 24 hours of purchase, your commission may be cancelled & refunded.Option B.) Complete the "request / details form" and await my response

the details of your commission and payment via Paypal.Please be prepared with reference photos of your character, to include ideas, inspiration, mood board, pinterest boards, whatever. The more you share, the better I can get the vibe of what you're looking for! Also be prepared to describe, in writing, the salient characteristics of the character. If there are more than one, also include how they should be interacting in the illustration. More is - honestly - better. :) Don't be afraid to overshare or even doodle something if you have a vision in mind! I'm happy to work with you in the dreaming phase before commissioning me if you're interested.
